Personal training is for anyone that is ready to engage in a consistent movement practice alongside a coach that provides expertise and guidance that supports their success.

You are welcome to join as a complete beginner. Your coach will help develop a program that meets you where you're at and progressively build from that point in a sustainable way.

Your coach will align your program to work with what is available to you, whether that means using body weight movements, dumbbells and bands, or a full gym.

All content, programs, and contact with your coach and/or the community will be through the training app.
You will be able to check your training, join group forums, and message your coach in one convenient location.

Our method primarily encourages a body neutral approach, in that we focus on acceptance and respect towards our bodies. In alignment with this, we do not require clients to track weight or submit progress pictures to their coach.
If weight loss or aesthetics are part of your goals, your coach will discuss multiple ways to monitor progress and support you in choosing a method that feels right for you.

The monthly personal training program includes check ins with your coach via text in the app, weekly office hours that you can hop into for Q&A or support, and once a month personal development workshops.
One on one sessions are a separate service that can be added to your training program as needed.
